- To research and advocate for the integration of evidence-based interventions that include play-based learning, design, creativity and innovation principles in the existing school curriculum so as to promote problem-solving, sustainability in education and youth skills development.
- To design and facilitate workshops and training programs to develop creative potential, social-emotional learning and resilience among children and their support systems.
- To develop and distribute educational tools that nurture children’s growth and personal development as well as enthusiasm for learning.
- To collaborate with institutions, organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance the development of creative potential, mental health well-being of children and youth as well as staff.
Our Unique Approach
We believe in a holistic, evidence-based approach to child and youth empowerment. Our methodology is rooted in the following principles:

Mindset Development
We teach children and youth as well as their support systems of teachers, parents, mentors and community members how to have a growth mindset, as described by Dr. Carol Dweck, is crucial for personal improvement using a combination of workshops and educational tools.

Future-Ready Skills
We emphasize creativity, design thinking and innovation as a key characteristic for the future leaders, innovators and workers, a concept highlighted by Daniel H. Pink.

Environmental Design
We advocate for redesigning learning environments to be safe, supportive for all children so as to enhance creativity and productivity drawing inspiration from the work of Prof. Thoring Katja.

Real-World Application
We use design, creativity, and innovation to identify, address and reverse the negative impacts of social and political injustice, climate change by using the resources available to use to create sustainable solutions and products to day-to-day problems.
Scope of Work and Area of Focus
We focus on using creativity, innovation and design as a catalyst for educational, economic, and community development. The core areas of focus for our work is the intersection of Child/Adolescent Education and Development as well as Evidence based Mental Health and Behavioral Intervention Research. Our multi-dimensional approach to child education, holistic community growth and well-being in Uganda targets children and youth aged 5-25 years with an emphasis on those in marginalized and poly crisis settings that are often either underserved or resource constrained. This work is structured around four interconnected thematic areas:
Creative Activities for Well-being & Play-Based Learning
Focuses on fundamental skills like self-expression, confidence, problem solving and critical thinking through workshops, play sessions and integrated play-based education that educate whilst building resilience in a fun way for the children to grow and thrive.
Skill Development & Capacity Building
Aims to bridge the skills and capacity gap of learners and their support network groups of parents/guardians, educators, mentors and community members by providing training and facilitations designed to equip and empower them with knowledge and skills that promote personal development, innovation, lifelong learning and sustainability.
Community Engagement & Public Projects
Focuses on applying creative and design thinking skills to real-world community needs through public initiatives, events that collectively identify and sustainably address these needs and thereby fostering a sense of shared ownership and local pride.
Impact-driven and Evidence based Research Projects
Aims to design and conduct human centered design, impact driven research projects within the communities we serve so as to inform, collect data, test the feasibility as well as the impact of products and solutions that have been successful in similar settings that we believe can make a positive impact to these communities and their residents as we build sustainable ecosystems for all thrive.
Mental Health Services & Partnerships
In addition to community and humanitarian programming, we provide professional mental health and psychosocial services to institutions seeking to promote well-being, performance, and healthy organizational cultures.

Jasper Ndyamuhaki

Founder and Team Lead at Everyone is Creative Foundation Uganda is a Graduate Architect, Product Designer, and Educator specializing in design, creativity, and innovation for youth and is the Innovator who designed “P.O.S.S.I.B.L.E The World of Mindsets,” an educational board game inspired by Dr. Carol Dweck’s research to teach children about growth and fixed mindsets. His leadership and vision have been the driving force for our work.
Co-founder and Vice lead at Everyone is Creative Foundation Uganda is a Certified Scrum Master with experience in product support as well as extensive expertise in business and product management, project management, she is a results-oriented professional, passionate about using technology to change the lives of the children, youth and people in underserved communities.
Mary Atukunda

Raymond Atwebembere, MBChB, MPH, CPH

Our Principal Investigator is an Epidemiologist and Biostatistician with extensive experience coordinating multi-site, NIH-funded mental health studies in Uganda and the US. His extensive background in rigorous data management, preparing analytic datasets, real-time reporting, and co-authoring manuscripts on topics including self-reliance, mental health among forcibly displaced populations, and suicidality among adolescents as well as his experience in school-based mental-health research and high-fidelity implementation positions him to steer and lead our research projects.
Isaac Kwesiga is a Clinical Psychology Consultant with Eviscreat Foundation, supporting the organization’s mission to empower communities and foster resilience. Through his research and expertise, Isaac contributes evidence-based guidance, helping shape programs and initiatives that make a meaningful impact. His work ensures that Eviscreat’s projects are informed by practical insights and rigorous research, driving sustainable community transformation.

Paul Musinguzi, CPO

Co-founder and Project Manager at Everyone is Creative Foundation Uganda with four years of experience in researching, designing, and coordinating youth Design Thinking and Impact driven Product Design Community Projects. He coordinated the research and pilot study for “The Growth Mindset Awareness Project” and the “P.O.S.S.I.B.L.E The World of Mindsets” game, with successful outcomes in community engagement. His background in engineering and project management ensures a robust, effective, and sustainable implementation, with strong existing community relationships in addition to his ability to nurture and grow local and international partnerships with in the social impact ecosystem.
